Bad Experience

I got inspired by an Instagram influencer receiving packages and admiring them, but my experience was totally different. I received my order, but it was defective—broken from the edges and had a lot of scratches on the top. I asked for a replacement, but he sent white top sheets, which I couldn’t accept because that’s not what I wanted. I clearly mentioned in a voice note not to send the white ones—only the brown ones. Anyway, he then said they’d send the sheet again after Eid. Now Eid is over, and I’m still waiting for the replacement. The guy talks on WhatsApp but forgets the chat and doesn’t follow through. He should refered to the previous and remember the issue. I had to explain it all once again. Now still waiting for the resolution..
